We stand by our evaluation system P.E.T.A.L.S. Transparency and integrity is key to success and saving the planet.

So, if we find a product that got through our system fraudulently we’ll do two things without question:

1) Alert you and the community whilst removing all offending products from HOAP whilst we investigate and resolve with the Brand

2) We’ll give you any money we made selling this as an apology. All profit will be returned as credit to use across HOAP

We aim for you to never have to use this Greenwash Guarantee but it is a cornerstone of our business, a sign of our commitment to planet first, profit second.
